exorior isn't quite like any company anyone here has ever worked for... and we believe that's a good thing!
We have a policy of maintaining a simple management structure, a flat company hierarchy, and a great working environment; some of us work from home, some live on the road, and some spend all day (and some of the night!) at the office... because that is how we want to work... and who is better placed to understand in which environment each team member works best than the team members themselves!!
