Fundamentally, your relationship with exorior will take the form of a partnership with an individual consultant. For that reason, & in a very real sense, our main service is providing you with a consultant, be that for an hour or as part of a long term partnership.

Your senior consultant provides the interface by which you can leverage our experience, expertise & resources. We will not expect you to communicate with multiple team members, this is the responsibility of your senior consultant. They in turn will relay your requirements & feedback to the rest of the exorior team on an ongoing basis. This means you always know exactly who to address with any queries, ideas or concerns.

Initially, your consultant will seek to rapidly gain as full an understanding of your requirement(s) as possible so they can develop a single, coherent, strategy which addresses it /them specifically, as cost effectively as possible, and with the fastest delivery available, without compromising on capability or quality of any agreed solution.

Communication is key. You may find your consultant starts by spending a lot of their time listening. This is critical. No one knows your business like you do, we understand that, and so before we provide any feedback, your consultant will be absorbing as much information as possible from you about your business, the particular issue(s) in question, your clients (current & potential), and your existing systems, approaches & more generally your way of working.

This process forms the foundation from which we begin bringing benefit to your business as swiftly as we can.
